Coyote Creek Golf Club, previously named Fort Wayne Lodge No. 155 & Golf Course, is a Private, 18 hole golf course located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The course first opened for play in 1929.
The course is a mix of open and tree-lined fairways. There are also a number of changes in elevation from tee to green that can cause uneven lies. A scenic creek comes into play on eight holes, plus ponds in play on two others, meaning that golfers must be precise with their shots.
The signature hole is #6, a 416-yard, downhill par 4, requiring a tee shot that moves from left to right, then an approach shot to a crowned green.
Black tees: par-72, 6,978 yards, 73.5 / 128
Blue tees: par-72, 6,520 yards, 71.3 / 125
White tees: par-72, 5,994 yards, 68.6 / 122
Silver tees: par-72, 5,456 yards, 65.7 / 113
Gold tees: par-72, 5135 yards, 68.2 / 117 (W)
